MAKE IT FABULOUS

Built in 1909, this double duplex residence exemplified the then-modern aesthetic of the Arts and Crafts architectural movement. In transforming the townhouse into a single-family residence a century later, we called on the same spirit of that original architectural philosophy. The result: a subtle re-interpretation of what “modern” means today.
