Picture 12,000 square feet of prime town-home real estate, divided into the small sleeping quarters of a rooming house. Now picture that same space gutted, reconfigured, and designed to meet the present day requirements of a single, art-loving family. This seven story townhouse, built at the turn of the century, required a full restoration, including restoration of the façade. The result expressed as an honorable nod to the legacy of this beautiful building, preserving its pre-war roots, while infusing it with a contemporary spirit.
