THE BEAUTY OF CRAFT

Built in 1926, and designed J.E.R. Carpenter, this 13-story, limestone-clad building, exemplifies the Italian Renaissance Palazzo Style. It is one of New York's most sought after properties and contains only 12 full-floor apartments. Taking considerable influence from Jean-Michel Frank, reestablishing this home's 5000 square foot space to sufficient elegance required extensive plaster work, cast details and satinwood paneling finished in-situ.
