A ROOFTOP SANCTUARY
AE Greyson was commissioned to add four floors to an existing Nineteenth Century munitions building in lower Manhattan to create a private residence for an art collector and a photographer to showcase their collection. This project required AEG to call upon our world-wide reach of resources to create numerous custom elements including; custom curved free standing stair case, millwork, custom blackened steel, specialized European stainless steel whirlpool, and a custom internal four floor landing elevator specified to this residence.
